Local tax: € 1 per person per day, children under 15 years exempt; (included in the room price)
Garage: € 14 per 24 hours
Payment in cash (€), bank transfer in advance and credit cards; Visa, Eurocard-Mastercard, Amex and Diners, as well as ATM or EC cards possible.
We offer a 2% discount for full prepayment.
Arrival and departure
The apartments are ready for occupancy from 3 p.m. - on departure we ask you to leave your premises by 11 a.m. If the departure takes place after 12 noon, we charge 50% of the daily price. In the event of a planned departure after 11 a.m., the guest must inform the reception desk, if the hotel agrees, half the room price is to be paid on departure by 6 p.m. and the full room price after 6 p.m.
Deposit - security deposit
To secure your stay, we will pre-authorize your credit card with the ChekcIn for the expected invoice amount. If you refuse, we will ask for a security deposit of at least € 200 per booking.
The booking made via our HomePage is only valid after a payment (valid credit card number or bank transfer) AND a corresponding booking confirmation from the Hotel Neue Postkaufs- und BetriebsgmbH. The Hotel Neue Postkaufs- und BetriebsgmbH reserves the right to sell the listed offers elsewhere in the meantime.
Apartment prices per apartment and night with standard occupancy;
All apartments have a kitchenette in the living room: double stove, refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee maker, cookware and tableware;
The apartment price includes daily basic cleaning (garbage disposal, if necessary - change of towels) and twice a week full cleaning (with linen change). Daily full cleaning is optional. Kitchen and dishes cleaning is not included in the cleaning scope but can be booked separately. Final cleaning is mandatory for a separate charge.
Cancellations or early departure
must be made in writing and must refer to a clear reservation (ResID). Cancellations are only valid after written confirmation from HNP. A processing fee of € 25 per reservation will be charged for all cancellations. As a rule, cancellations are possible up to 28 days before the agreed day of arrival without any other cancellation fees. Down payments made are optionally credited to an upcoming booking at 100%, or transferred back minus the processing fee.
If cancellations are made within 28 days before the agreed arrival date, the following conditions apply:
up to 14 days: 33% of the booking amount
up to 7 days: 75% of the booking amount
until the day of arrival, in the event of no-show or early departure, the total amount will be invoiced, any replacement bookings can be offset against.
Smoking is prohibited in all apartments!
If you smoke in the apartment, we have to charge a cleaning surcharge (curtains, carpets) of € 100!
Check-in takes place at the Hotel Neue Post, which is located across the street, whose SPA area can be used for € 14 per person per day. Breakfast (adults: € 17; children up to 9 years: € 8.50) or half-board (adults: € 39; children up to 9 years: € 19.50) can also be booked in the hotel .
